Basic conditions

Reservations and purchases are managed by CHT S.A. along with their service suppliers (hotels, flights, cars, and other services) Rates and current conditions may change without previous warning and are responsibility of the service suppliers only.

Rates and taxes

Final rates to be paid are expressed in US Dollars. It is possible to visualize other currencies for referential use only, but it does not imply that is possible to pay in that currency. The values of hotels already include taxes.

Payment Methods

1.- Credit card

1.1.- Webpay of Transbank:

Once the service is confirmed by our web platform, it will spread out automatically a window of webpay. It may be filled with the required information of a credit card in order to pay for the services. The requested information is safe, that is to say, this information will be never penetrated freely by the web.

1.2.- Secure form:

Once confirmed the service by our web platform, it will be spread out a payment secure form which may be completed with the requested information.

Vouchers

Once the full payment for the tourist services is received, it will be sent an electronic voucher. It must be printed and presented to each service involved. (Hotel, flights, cars.)

CHARGES FOR CANCELLATIONS OF TOURIST SERVICES

The charges for cancellations are described in every service reservation. In case that the passenger cancels the services; it will be subject to the conditions and policies of every supplier. Visilatin.com does not assume responsibility for cancellations out of term or realized directly to the supplier.
Important: there is no refund for tourist services not used.

USE OF CREDIT CARD

All the information provided by the clients is strictly confidential and it will only be used by visitchile.com, in order to process the service payment and reservation.

CLAIMS AND REFUNDS

Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any services. Please, see "Limit of Responsibility" on this page. For verifiable claims to be considered; they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the service and it must be accompanied by supporting documentation and/or a statement from the Company offering the service verifying the claim. Any adjustments will not be made for unused services. Visitlatin.com will not accept any liability for any claims not received within 30 days of the termination of the use of the service.

It is an intermediary company of the goods and/or services offered to the clients. The labor is to offer tourist services providing hotel accommodations, flights, and car rented.

This Company shall not be liable as a whole or individual for any death, delay, loss, damage, injury, accident, any kind of terrorist act regarding check in or any kind of further delay caused by terrorist acts, natural catastrophe or and any irregularity which the client or/and his/her property may suffer as a result of any event or through the result of any negligent event or through situations of any company or person contracted to fulfill or carry out any service. The company reserves the right to agree or reject any entity or any of its services or offered products or to cancel or change any of these services in case of some reason that commits an outrage against this company. The approval and acceptance of the services offered by visitlatin.com will be related to the acceptance of the conditions previously described.

Visitlatin.com reserves the right to adjust U.S. dollars prices without notice, to reflect fluctuations in the foreign exchange markets. Also, Visitlatin.com reserves the right to withdraw a service or any part of it, to make alterations in the itineraries as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as a member of the tour to any person at any time, and to held responsible to the tour members of any expenses or losses, caused by delays or events beyond its control. Confirmation or payment of tour services –hotel accommodation, flights or car rented- constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set herein and in more specific documentation previous to the trip of the passenger, including the Reservation Confirmation Form.
